Your next chapter.Here’s the plan.
Thank you for reaching out to work with Jessica Lynn Design. Based on our consultation, here is your custom project quote and recommendation.
Your custom project
The look. The words.
The way it works.
Branding + Website Design & Development
A complete branding and website project for your personal brand and thought leadership: a cohesive identity, a custom WordPress website, service landing pages, and integration with Keap. The work brings your brand, messaging, and customer journeys into the same plan.
- Website platform
- WordPress, custom built on Elementor
- Connections
- Keap
My team and I bring strategy, design, development, and the customer experience into the same conversation. The goal is not just a good-looking launch. It is a project that makes sense for your business.
The technology follows the plan, not the other way around. I have no affiliate relationships with any CRM provider. My recommendation is based on what serves your business.
What is included
A brand that looks like you mean business.
Your identity system includes your logo, alternate logo, monogram or stamp, favicon, color palette, typography, patterns or metallic treatments if desired, and icons.
We will carry that identity into business card design, an email signature template, social media banners, and 10 social media post and story templates created in Canva for your ongoing use. You will also receive Claude/ChatGPT prompts for image creation and a Brand Style Guide.
Brand consultations are included as needed. All drafts and revisions are included.
The supporting cast.
An animated intro and outro for your videos, plus a 15-slide widescreen template deck for pitches and presentations.
Your brand should still look like your brand when it leaves the website.
A website with a job to do.
Design and development of your website on WordPress, custom built on Elementor, with a streamlined site map, clear navigation, and a thoughtful path from arrival to the next step.
A personal-brand and thought-leadership website, with the functions needed for your services and consultation process.
The project includes SEO/AIO optimization guided by an included Ahrefs audit, plus the contact and form functions needed for consultations, scheduling, and the agreed customer journey. The site will be designed and tested for mobile responsiveness.
The path from interested to taking action.
Templated landing pages for each service, with split-test versions for ads and/or direct traffic if needed.
Integration with Keap is included. We will connect the agreed website functions to the existing system so the next step is not left hanging.
Connecting an existing CRM is different from building its products, automations, or email sequences. Those additional services are included only when expressly listed in this project’s scope.
Strategy, content guidance, and the finishing details.
We will review your customer journeys and work through messaging shortfalls, potential missteps, and any places where the experience stops making sense. You bring the knowledge of your business; we help the look, words, and next steps work together.
Most initial copy comes from you. Content feedback, recommendations, and copywriting assistance are included; a full copywriting engagement is separate unless specified.
Sourced imagery, video footage, and animation needed to support the agreed design are included. Personal brand photography and printing are not. We can provide a photo inspiration board and photographer instructions, or AI-generated imagery upon request.
The recommendation above is for your project. The design menu at the end is there for future reference, not a list of extra things you have to buy.
How we work
A creative process.
Not a guessing game.
We will keep the work moving, the decisions clear, and the moving parts managed. You stay involved without having to become the project manager.
01 / Get organized
A shared place for the project.
On your start date, you receive an invitation to your project’s Google Drive folder and a Project Timeline packet. Project management and five hours of VA assistance are included.
02 / Create & refine
See it. Respond. Refine it.
Our standard turnaround is 72 hours for drafts and 48 hours for revisions. These are business hours and exclude weekends and major US holidays. Your feedback helps us keep the momentum.
03 / Build & launch
Bring the whole thing together.
We develop the approved direction, connect the agreed systems, and check the experience across devices before launch. Final assets and handover follow the project scope.
Project timeline: Your Project Timeline packet sets out the schedule and deliverables. Feedback, approved content, account access, and the development process determine how the work moves through each stage.
Your business stays yours.
The agreement includes confidentiality and a mutual NDA. Your information is shared only with the team members who need it for your project.
You keep the finished work.
Your final website and created visual deliverables belong to you as set out in the agreement. We hand over the final files, not a reason to feel stuck with us.
Support is part of the plan.
Your agreement defines the post-launch warranty. Longer-term support and training are available separately, so you can choose how much help you need next.
Your custom project
The investment.
$14,000
USD · Branding + Website Design & Development
- 50% upfront
- $7,000Due before work begins.
- 50% at development
- $7,000Due when your project goes into development.
Included, separate, and agreed in writing.
The project includes the deliverables above, project management, a project timeline, and five hours of VA assistance. The VA allowance supports this project; it is not a separate ongoing retainer.
Hosting, domain, CMS and CRM subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated. Elementor is included in this project. You do not need to purchase or license any themes.
Printing and personal brand photography are separate. Full CRM setup, product creation, payment-product setup, and email or post-purchase sequences are not included unless specifically defined in the project scope.
The project agreement records the scope, responsibilities, payment schedule, and applicable support. Additional work is discussed and agreed separately, rather than quietly added to the original project.
Payment, feedback, and keeping things moving.
Our standard website-project terms are 50% upfront and 50% when the project goes into development, unless a different arrangement is agreed. Branding-only packages, non-website work, and single-page projects require payment in full upfront.
Work starts after the required upfront payment. You provide the requested content, access, and approvals, and coordinate feedback from anyone else involved in the decision.
Please provide feedback and sign-off within 72 hours of receiving drafts or revisions. Late materials or approvals can affect the timeline; any pause or restart follows the project agreement.
What belongs to you. What stays confidential.
Your business information, logins, customer data, and project materials stay confidential. Our project agreement includes a mutual NDA, with access limited to team members working on your project.
You own your final website design and the created visual deliverables, as described in your agreement. Final files are delivered through a shared folder. Third-party assets retain their own license terms; editable native working files are not automatically included.
After launch, you are not left guessing.
Post-launch warranty coverage is set out in your agreement. It covers the specified corrections to the completed project, rather than every new idea that arrives after launch.
New pages, new functionality, design changes, ongoing updates, and routine maintenance are separate unless expressly included. For continued support, you can choose a tailored retainer or training for your team.

Support & strategy services
You’ve launched.
What’s next?
You have put in the work and have the brand and website you wanted. Now the business keeps moving, and your brand needs to keep up.
Whether you need ongoing design help, fresh content, website support, or a little guidance for your own team, you do not have to start over with someone new.
Do it for you
Keep us on your team.
Monthly support for the design, content, launch, and website needs that come next, with a consistent look across the places your business shows up.
Train your team
Let us show them how.
Give your team the guidance, templates, and practical know-how to keep everything looking and working the way it should.
Design, website, and VA support
A custom monthly mix of brand and graphic support, website updates, integrations, blog management, and practical VA help. This can include social assets, ebooks, workbooks, print collateral, presentations, animations, image and video curation, email support, scheduling, and project management.
Website maintenance can include the relevant plugin updates, backups, and upkeep for your platform. We agree the actual workload and turnaround together.
Custom monthly quote. Support retainers are available to clients who have completed their branding and website with Jessica Lynn Design.
Social media, content, and launch support
Social media
Content planning, copy, design, and posting for your agreed channels, including static and video content.
Social + blog + email
Add blog posts and accompanying newsletters, with imagery and publishing support, to keep your content working together.
Opt-ins + launch support
Add the agreed landing page, CRM and payment connections, digital download, nurture emails, and coordinated promotional planning.
Custom monthly quote. Content volume, channels, launch deliverables, and responsibilities are agreed before we begin.
Train your team
Live Zoom training on the systems and platforms we have built, designed, or integrated for you. Sessions can be recorded and organized into a learning center, with tutorials and standard operating procedures your team can refer back to.
Training and any follow-up support are defined around the actual people and systems involved. Your team does not have to learn everything; they need to know how to do their part well.
Quoted for your team and scope.
Strategy, marketing, and fractional CMO support
Strategy
Planning sessions, market analysis, a practical roadmap, and a review of available campaign data to guide the next decisions.
Strategy + marketing
Bring the plan into action through agreed campaign management, content, funnels, and distribution using your existing tech stack.
Fractional CMO
Senior marketing leadership working with your existing team, with research, funnel and nurture reviews, and an agreed implementation plan.
Strategy and marketing engagements have a two-month minimum. Fractional CMO work is selective: it is intended for established businesses with an audience and at least 12 months of operation, and is subject to fit, availability, and competitive conflicts.
Custom scope and investment. We agree what you need, what your team will own, and what my team will deliver.
Ongoing support is optional and quoted separately. We build the support around the work you actually need, not a subscription you have to find things to fill.
